Comment:  If we were on a campus where nothing besides looks matter, they'd probably be a top tier house. But at alabama grades and involvement actually matter and alpha phi has the worst grades and some of the worst sisterhood and involvement on campus. They have a big problem with retention because their "sisterhood" is based on totally shallow factors and a lot of girls end up being really unhappy in the house
