Comment:  Love the Phi Taus. Their chapter is tiny, just about 30 guys, but none of them are bad people. Obviously they're not a top house since they're so small, but they have really fun parties sometimes. They had 2 big pledge classes this year so they may be on the rise. Def not a top house by any means though
