Comment:  My first college party ever was at the phi delt house, and they have been my favorite fraternity ever since. The boys are a lot of fun and know how to have a good time. Phi delt is one of the few fraternities left to actually have parties at their house, unlike ATO who has all of their parties at lumberyard. They also get along really well with other fraternities too. If you don't rush phi delt, you will wish you had.
