Comment:  Was barely a party house 4 years ago (chi phi, along with fiji, were the top two houses at lehigh forever until a few years ago when both got in trouble, unfortunatly fiji is gone now RIP). Since then they have gone from the very bottom to now a solid top of the middle/bottom top tier frat. They get a ton of hate on here but they arent the same house anymore at all and anyone can tell you that. Parties are always fun, and for some reason so many girls on campus date these guys
