Comment:  At one point this fraternity was pretty sketchy but the sophomore and newly initiated class are a significant improvement. The Cinco De Bayou party was a top tier party and hopefully Phi will continue that trend since this fraternity is lacking in the party scene. They seem to have a great brotherhood and are quite involved with their philanthropy. Keep an eye on this fraternity, they have a lot of potential.
