Comment:  Theta Chi is most definitely going to be a top 3 house by the end of next semester if they are not already. Some of the older guys are weird but the sophomores and freshman are arguably the greatest and cutest guys on campus. Their parties are getting better (I think they threw the best party of the year with thetachiland) Can't wait to see the future for these guys.
