Comment:  Alright here's my honest opinion: you are far from top tier like alpha phi and theta, but you are also new. For a new group I think you are socially doing better than a few others on campus and are genuinely a good group of women who are smart/pretty. However I don't even know what your philanthropy is nor why you have such little involvement on campus (besides partying)..these values are just as important as social life and physical appearance. I think you'll do fine in recruitment tho.
