Comment:  SigEP is by far top house. No other fraternity is even close. The guys are really hot. TGB Madrid. They don't have to go out of their way to get all the hot girls (like me), we just come flocking to them. Their sophomore class is very cute. I spent many nights in the 214 of DeMatt. They have me many good nights. I will always remember those nights. They were LONG if you are catching the drift. They know how to work it if you know what I mean.
