Comment:  They're brand new as if fall '16, jut initiated some more guys from this spring. They're listed on IFC website, but still considered a "colony" because of how small they are? Phi Psi is nationally pretty good/rich, their UT chapter sucked but just got brand new $8 mil house + good fall rush boosted got them to mid tier there - TAMU colony is smaller than Sammy(?) & Deke & Phidelt, better than Theta Chi & FH & AGR & DSP, on same level as Alpha Sig- New to bottom tier. Irrelevant still on campus.
