Comment:  I just don't really see the point. It's one thing to join a colony which you can expect to grow in the future, but joining a chapter that was just recently gutted is a dead mission. Sig Ep national hq is literally right down the street from VCU so this chapter will always have nationals up their ass and suffer cause of it. What happened recently, with 90% of their brothers dropping, is a constant threat for this reason.
