Comment:  Phi delts are always down to party, especially when the sun comes out and they start getting something going in the village. Also their involvement/ pr has been improving drastically these past couple years. Huge groups of guys at my sorority formal from phi delt and you can tell they have a great brotherhood. Love these boys!!
