Comment:  The 2017 pledge class has definitely put pi phi on the rise. Some of them are still a little weird and never go out, but for the most part, they are all attractive and like to go out on the weekends. Give them one or two years and another hot pledge class and they'll be a top tier house. Nice girls who love each other and know how to party.
