Comment:  End of semester review for Phi Sig is that they have remained very popular, especially for GDI's. While some new guys seem to be putting them into the right direction, some might say a lot of them are pretty weird. Throws a lot of big open parties, which could be a good or bad thing. Although they needs to build stronger relationships with sororities, they remain popular around campus.
