Comment:  This website is so ridiculous and irrelevant. Anyone who's anyone knows where all the fraternities and sororities stand. For those who don't know, Pi Kapp is a mid/low mid-tier fraternity. They have potential, but as it stands they're not great but not bad... just average. Raise due, be more selective in who you bid and either fix your house up or tear down and re-build then you may get to the upper tier.
