Comment:  Upper mid. Guys from mostly Houston/Cypress, Dallas/Rockwall, Austin, & some SA & random parts of TX. Have a pretty solid amount of dedicated groupies from AXO, Zeta, DZ, with barely some Tridelt & Kappas & others. Their house is about 10-15 mins from campus but does have lots of space for events and isnt too bad at all. Parties are pretty big & fun - newer guys are great guys, hope they actually contribute to make Delt better in the future by being more involved on campus
