Comment:  One of the better looking sororitys, yet they are all shady AF. Mostly out of state, although they did well picking up a few great in state girls this year. Minus being shady, the girls here are good looking, smart (mostly) and well accomplished. Great national chapter. And once they get their house, it'll be the newest/nicest. Often put in a tier with theta just bc they are new, but that's not fair. I don't think APhi will ever be in a teir (more in comment)
