Comment:  As with every organization there are definitely cliques, but the girls all seem driven and independent. They are focused on growing themselves, which I guess is important for a new sorority on campus, but are pretty competitive. The girls all enjoy winning, and take competition seriously, definitely a force to be reckoned with. It'll be interesting to see on what steps they take- the girls for the most part seem great, well connected and driven. It's only a matter of time to see how they use it.
