Comment:  My roommate is dating a Pi Kapp and these guys are the best fraternity on campus. I have been to several of their parties and they are always a lot of fun and I am always treated with respect. I was honestly surprised to see them ranked so low and it turns out it is just from a lot of reviews from a long time ago. From what I can tell they have a long way from where they were and they are definitely one of the top houses on campus.
