Comment:  Their 20's helped them a lot. They had a ton of hot and social girls in there and if thats the future of tri delt then this house is definitely on the rise. They are really involved around campus and the younger girls are always at parties. You never really hear about drama in this chapter either. Overall they are definitely improving and I expect this trend to continue in the fall as well.
