Comment:  This is probably the most chill fraternity on campus. They've definitely grown and changed a lot since rechartering. What's really holding them back is their lack of a house. No house really hurts their visibility and recruiting. They seem to get really down to earth guys who keep it real though. Have great parties like 90s and Springfest. Springfest was probably the single largest greek party last year so they definitely have potential to do some great stuff. Definitely on the rise
