Comment:  I feel like there's some serious self ranking because Phi Mu is bottom tier and should not be ranked 3rd or 4th at ECU. I'm not trying to be mean, I feel like they have a great sisterhood, but they're not very active on campus and aren't the nicest girls to strangers.
