Comment:  I can honestly say that when I joined the greek scene Pi Phi was known as bottom tier. I don't know too many of their girls but based on philanthropy and reputation, they have improved so much over even the last year. For girls thinking about doing formal recruitment in the fall-- You should never listen to negative things said about a chapter on greek rank. Its normally just bitter people with bad personal experiences with one girl out of 60. Awesome chapter, keep it up girls <3
