Comment:  tau kappa epsilon at our school is a really new chapter but you can tell that they are on the come up! most of the brothers i have met were super respectful and fun! a lot of cute guys too. obviously they have a long way to go until they are a upper-middle/top tier fraternity here but its obvious they are improving every semester!
