Comment:  Some the rankings seem like other frat guys bashing on others to make themselves look better when in reality these guys are some of the best I've met. Every pre-funk I've gone too with them is a lot of fun and the guys are very nice. They also seem to be involved and towards the top for philanthropies. The only thing that isn't as great is their location but overall a great house with great guys.
