Comment:  not sure why some of the other frats didn't vote for Phi Delt to be classified as an actual fraternity...the only difference being you can have established mixers. Seems like it was out of spite that some fraternities voted against Phi delt, perhaps because thats just another frat to steal your mixers away from you
