Comment:  They legitimately do a lot for charity and it does not go unnoticed, but their fraternity relations are abysmal and sorority relations are even worse. In all honesty, I'm torn. I have friends in Phi Sig, and I also have met some of the most toxic and nasty people wearing these letters. Phi Sigma needs to retain their culture but bring up a more respectful and selective rush class. You don't have to be the biggest ladies, try to be the best.
