Comment:  They've been moving towards more stereotypically attractive girls, but the grades have suffered even more than before. The 2016 exec was full of power-hungry girls who did not know how to treat other people with respect. The new exec is much better, but they are still extremely exclusive and want to micromanage everything to make the house "look better," but are losing a GOOD part of the sisterhood they used to have.
