Comment:  Chi Omega is a solid chapter. I think people keep ranking them poorly on here because they assume higher ranks means higher tier? My friends in chi o never talk about tiers and a lot of their members show up to our philanthropy events which is appreciated. Overall they're a nice group of girls.
