Comment:  They get a lot of hate for trying too hard to be top tier but they're up there and if anything they're top of the mid tier. They're fun great girls who are down to earth. Really cute too. They like to party but don't have a reputation for it. Remind me of axo with a classier vibe. Most frats love a phi. They did a great job with recruitment this year and have a great pledge class. The girls are friendly and friends with all the top frats and sororities.
