Comment:  Haha if you're a frosh/high schooler coming here to predict where to rush, don't go by the rating system. Most of the middle tier frats self-rank themselves (just check the number of reviews they have compared to others.) Look through discussions for the real rank. Sig Ep has a horrible rating percent wise in the frats tab here but everyone knows they are one of the top two social fraternities. Just a heads up. This post will get downvoted a lot but that's the truth.
