Comment:  This sorority has been getting better through the years, but had difficulty forming their own identity. The original pledge classes were very focused on competing with Kappa and therefore failed to separate their identity from Kappa's. I have also heard from Theta friends that it can get cliquey and that it's hard to get leadership positions if your big is not very involved.
