Comment:  TEP has the best parties in Gainesville hands down and it is not even close. Tailgates are closer to ragers than they are 2 actual tailgates and you cant help but have fun at them. They have been way on the up going from irrelevant 2 a frat that girls cant stay away from. They have had incredible pledge classes with some of the best attractiveness and overall good guy combinations. Definitely deserve to be considered top tier but they wont because they arent stereotypical douchebag frat boys.
