Comment:  Phi delt used to be a lot better here but now consistently lose guys to other fraternities. The past two years they have given out snap bids to kids they initially cut/tried to convince kids who went to other houses to come back to phi delt well after bid day. They have definitely solidified their place as most involved and smartest fraternity but just don't have the fun people other fraternities have
