Comment:  A few cool guys but most are really sketchy and a bit creepy. Girls think they are too aggressive at parties ant try too hard to be the "cool" frat. Their latest pledge class is a good representation of how they are going downhill. A lot of my sisters would rather say in and do nothing they go to their house.
