Comment:  I personally like phi debts, their parties are intense and fun and the guys generally are just great to have as friends and quite a few hot ones that Id defiantly date. You defiantly see them at all formals philanthropy events and greek events. They're very active on the row but not neccisarly liked by all and that needs to change. They should however get a better house! These are defiantly not best brotherhood but everything else is 100% frat
