Comment:  Pike is the definition of average at USF. They try to live off FSU pike reputation but they are not, nor will ever be FSU pike. Also, their so called mansion is Monticello apartments where Alpha Sigs, AEPI, Phi Delt, and FIJI also lives at. I guess all 5 of them live in mansions.
