Comment:  Beta is a great house in the sense that they are extremely well rounded. They have top grades, are involved in almost everything, and throw good parties. Although they may not be known as a crazy party house like Phi Psi is...sorry...was (RIP), they still know how to have fun. Also, let's be real, if you're still going to frat parties after your sophomore year, you're a loser. Anyways, these guys are all going to end up being rich accountants/doctors/engineers, so get one before they're taken
