Comment:  You know when you get a banana at the grocery store. And it's a little green, but you know it will eventually become nice and yellow...perfect to eat? is that beta? ...negative. Beta is the banana that looks a subpar yellow, but when you peel it, its all bruised and nasty. Little portions are fine, but all in all a waste of 69 cents
