Comment:  These guys are alright, they've definitely improved a lot over the past couple of years but their lack of a nice house holds them back. The parties are pretty fun though and their brotherhood is strangely strong for such a new fraternity, although they have a couple random dudes who are pretty weird. Definitely moving in the right direction but they really need to get a good house and next year's pledge class is very important
