Comment:  The 2016 pledge class has not had a single girl drop and is the biggest pledge class on the street- I think that says a lot about Phi. While it is hard to say for sure from the outside, from what I have heard, Phi has a phenomenal sisterhood and you see Phis all over campus. Their philanthropy is a big deal to the Phis, they do Red Dress Gala, Alpha Phifa week, and Go Red Week, additionally they do service hours, service sisterhoods and they participate in all of the other houses' philanthropies
