Comment:  I was very upset to drop formal recruitment because it felt so fake to me, when I heard about phi mu I really wanted to give them a chance and see what they were about. I was able to talk to professional phi mus who work for national and they honestly made me want to be a phi mu. I was able to rush phi mu and got a bid and finally felt like I was where I belonged. Unfortunately, I could not afford the chapter dues so I had to drop. But I am hoping next year to re-rush and join officially
