Comment:  They excel at the paper work and the involvement ,but can't seem to relate to the community around them. I have heard from their own brothers that their brotherhood isn't strong. I have also seen Brothers meet for the first time that rushed a semester apart. Overall, they are a very successful chapter, but they need to work on brotherhood and having more fun.
