Comment:  I honestly don't understand why these guys are an upper-mid tier frat. They don't throw down nearly as much as other frats in the same tier. They just rely on their date parties, which aren't that common, and occasional late nights. That said, the guys in Phi Delt are on the whole pretty nice, but the fall PC definitely had some very weird looking dudes, who were really awkward with me and my friends the couple times we went. These guys should be mid-tier at best.
