Comment:  They are bottom tier, it's just common knowledge. Their girls are not very pretty, but most of the ones i've met are very sweet. They're quiet, however, and kind of unsocial. At parties they act sloppy and annoying. I've heard from a lot of guys that they try too hard and don't seem to know how to act around guys.
