Comment:  Chi O has a great standing at State. They believe they are the best so everyone else does too. I know some Chi Os I like, and others that I don't. But isn't that the case in life? You will like some people but not others. Anyway, as I said, Chi O is definitely "top tier", but they are very stuck up about who they will have swaps with or hang out with in general. They are very involved on campus and are a strong sisterhood.
