Comment:  Generally considered a nice, smart, fun house with unique brotherhood compared to the rest of the row. Definitely some pretentious vibes as well, but they seem to be getting more and more fratty/cool guys too while other mid/top frats struggle to stay out of trouble... overall very likeable group of guys
