Comment:  Phi Psi wants to be a top house so badly that I think they actually have convinced themselves that they are. However they are the classic douchebags who get off by whispering "top six" over and over. Despite all these efforts they still can't get their tiny little sausages to stand on guard. Spent a couple night just hanging with them and they haven't changed from their lake conference days. They are extremely uninclusive unless you are either a Phi Psi or are from an equally preppy high school.
