Comment:  Know a lot of girls who are GPhi. They're all fairly nice but definitely on the immature side. They're all just really young (like the type who have summer birthdays and therefore are basically a year younger than everyone else) so they're quirky and awkward and need a lot of attention. They're not mean or awful looking or anything like that, just immature. Have a lot to learn in life and need to learn to take some responsibilities and grow up a bit.
