Comment:  Before the new house I wouldn't have been caught dead at DU and would go to Lambda Chi, DX,SN and all the other "top" houses. Now with 2 years of #1 PC and their new 700sf mansion I hang out there all the time and frankly would never be caught dead at Lambda Chi, DX , SN or any of the other lowering tier graternities which is all the rest. DU puts the rest of the CP fraternities to shame. If I were a dude I would not take the shame and ridicule of being in a fraternity other than Delta Upsilon.
