Comment:  Sigma Kappa isn't the best chapter, but they don't suck either. They're really good at being friends with each other which probably explains why they don't feel the need to make friends with other people. They're low key in the sense that they haven't gotten in trouble with Student Conduct and they don't have any stigma associated with them like "EZ DZ" or whatever. I think the chapter is in a better place internally and are will become a top tier!
